Hello, my name is ReadingOnTheRun and I have a confession: I am addicted to non-fiction literature. I love biographies, autobiographies and/or anything that is a personal account of someone's journey.
I am thankful for those who share stories of their human experience so that in these stories others may find consolation, knowledge, joy, redemption, laughter, warning, spirituality and choices... those that share pain, sorrow and fear...those striving to connect through celebration and Innovation. This holiday season, as we spend time with those we choose, let us share our authentic stories around the dinner table so we can uplift, inspire, console and truly connect. For time is limited and the present moment is most valuable.
Here are a few current remaining unread selections from my 2019 reading list:
Jay-Z by Michael Eric Dyson
Blackout by Sarah Hepola
The Last Black Unicorn by Tiffany Haddish
Prison Letters by Nelson Mandela
My Spiritual Journey by The Dalai Lama
Tough Love by Susan Rice
Finding My Voice by Valerie Jarrett
Trouble Maker by Leah Remini
Happy Reading Friends!
